說明及特點:

1、該型分切機（jī）適合（hé）於分切PE、PP、PET,PVC等塑料薄膜，複合膜， 

膜，彩印膜、卷筒紙等。是薄膜、薄（báo）片二次加工以及彩印包裝企業的理（lǐ）想機型。

2、整機由PLC集中控製（三矢（shǐ）量電機（jī））並采用觸（chù）摸屏人機（jī）界麵對整機進（jìn）行集中操作。

3、放卷采用氣動刹（shā）車製（zhì）動器，由PLC自動計算卷徑實現自（zì）動（dòng）張力控（kòng）製。

4、牽引控製由一台矢量變頻電機（jī）驅動，實現（xiàn）恒線速度控製，並隔斷收放卷（juàn）張力之間的相互影響。

5、收卷軸采用氣漲軸收卷由二台（tái）矢量變頻電機獨立驅動，收卷張力（lì）控製，根（gēn）據（jù）收卷直徑，分切厚度，設（shè）定張（zhāng）力（lì）等參數，由PLC運（yùn）算實現自動張力遞增。（可選滑差氣漲軸）

6、收卷軸上下壓輥離合采用氣（qì）動裝置，壓力大小通過（guò）調壓（yā）閥控製。

7、放卷用無軸裝卸料，氣動鎖緊，電動調寬窄（zhǎi），料卷氣動升降，裝卸料方便、效率高。

8、放卷EPC糾編裝（zhuāng）置（zhì）可準（zhǔn）確控製端麵精度（dù）。

9、分切采用直刀分（fèn）切裝置，端麵整齊，有（yǒu）邊（biān）廢料風送。（紙張需購置圓刀分切裝置）

10、整機由同步（bù）帶、同步輪為傳動方式，執行與鎖緊采用氣動方（fāng）式

11、牽引導輥：靜平衡（héng）鋁合金導輥，表麵硬化（huà）處（chù）理 

12、係統具有啟動緩（huǎn）衝（chōng）、停車（chē）防鬆、計米定長，定（dìng）速、卷徑運算等分切功能。

13、係統具有完善的機、電、氣一體化設計（jì），並采用（yòng）完備的防護措施。

5. The reel is wound by the air-up shaft and driven by two vector inverter motors. The winding tension control is based on the winding diameter, the thickness of the slit, the tension and other parameters. 6. The upper and lower pressure roller of the take-up reel adopts a pneumatic device, and the pressure is controlled by a pressure regulating valve.

7. Unwinding with shaftless loading and unloading material, pneumatic locking, narrow electric width adjustment, pneumatic lifting of material roll, convenient loading and unloading, high efficiency.

8. The unwinding EPC correction device can accurately control the end face precision.

9. The slitting adopts the straight knife slitting device, the end face is neat, and the side scrap is sent by wind. (Paper needs to purchase round knife slitting device)

10. The whole machine is driven by synchronous belt and synchronous wheel, and pneumatically operated by locking and locking.
