說(shuō)明及特點(diǎn):

1、該型分切機適合於(yú)分切PE、PP、PET,PVC等塑(sù)料薄膜,複合膜, 

膜,彩印膜、卷筒紙等。是薄膜(mó)、薄片二次加工以及彩印包裝企業的理想機型。

2、整機由(yóu)PLC集中控製(三矢量(liàng)電(diàn)機)並采用觸摸(mō)屏人機界麵對整機進行集中(zhōng)操作。

3、放卷采用氣動刹車製動器,由PLC自動計算卷徑實現(xiàn)自動(dòng)張力控製。

4、牽引控製由(yóu)一台(tái)矢量變頻電機驅動,實現恒線速度控製,並隔(gé)斷收放卷(juàn)張力之間的相互影響。

5、收卷軸采用氣漲軸(zhóu)收卷由二台(tái)矢量變頻電(diàn)機獨立驅(qū)動,收卷(juàn)張力控製,根據收卷直徑,分切厚(hòu)度(dù),設定張(zhāng)力等參數(shù),由PLC運(yùn)算實現自動張力遞增。(可(kě)選(xuǎn)滑差氣漲軸軸)

6、收卷(juàn)軸壓輥離合(hé)采用氣(qì)動裝置,壓力大小通過調壓閥控(kòng)製。

7、放卷(juàn)裝卸料采用氣漲軸裝卸料,氣動鎖緊,料卷氣動升降,裝卸料方便、效率高。

8、放卷EPC糾編裝置可準確控製端麵精度。

9、分切采用圓刀直刀分切裝置,端麵(miàn)整齊,有邊廢料風送。

10、整(zhěng)機由同步(bù)帶、同步輪為傳(chuán)動方式,執行與鎖緊采用氣動方(fāng)式

11、牽引導輥:靜平衡(héng)鋁合金導輥,表麵硬化(huà)處理 

12、係統(tǒng)具有啟動緩(huǎn)衝、停車防鬆、計(jì)米定長,定速、卷徑(jìng)運算等分切功能。

13、係統具有完善的機、電、氣一體化設計,並采用完備(bèi)的防護措施。

6. The take-up reel is clutched with a pneumatic device, and the pressure is controlled by a pressure regulating valve.

7. The unwinding loading and unloading material adopts the gas-up shaft loading and unloading material, pneumatic locking, pneumatic lifting of the material roll, convenient loading and unloading, and high efficiency.

8. The unwinding EPC correction device can accurately control the end face precision.

9. The cutting machine adopts a round knife straight knife slitting device, the end surface is neat, and there is a side scrap air supply.

10. The whole machine is driven by synchronous belt and synchronous wheel, and pneumatically operated by locking and locking.
